Meet Our Team

Blake Catanzano

Blake brings forth a wide range of niche construction resources to the company in addition to working capital and overseeing broad direction. Blake's goals have always been to provide and maintain sustained relationships and responsible growth, all while pushing the boundaries of excellence in custom home building. In addition to Next Phase Homes, Blake owns and operates Next Phase Roofing and Construction, focusing on re-roofing Oklahoma schools, churches and municipalities. Blake serves and represents the commercial roofing industry on numerous Oklahoma Unified Building Code Commission committees related to code changes to the state's building and energy space.

Bryan Wilkerson

Bryan is the creative director and leader of all design and construction elements provided by Next Phase Homes. From initial evaluations to the finishing touches, Bryan is at the helm of every construction decision. His ability to re-design even the most choppy, unusable floor plans into eloquent, functional spaces enables the company to create iconic homes in the most desired areas of Oklahoma City. Bryan ensures that Next Phase Homes leads the way in design by incorporating custom architectural concepts and cutting-edge finishes previously unknown to our marketplace. Under Bryan's leadership, the team has developed a construction standard that embodies excellence.
